Completion of assessments with a focus on previous experience, the current level and potential linked to the Success Profile.

Outcome

Full insight for the acquirer on how to best support the acquired leaders in the future set-up. The assessed leaders were motivated by being acknowledge by the acquirer for their capabilities and potentials to be activated in the new set-up.
